Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Protein Chefs Inc. in North York, ON. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the daily preparation and cooking of food, assisting in menu planning and development, coordinating kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills in food preparation, cooking, and menu planning
  • Knowledge of different dietary requirements and meal plans
  • Experience in coordinating kitchen staff and ensuring food quality
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Certification from a culinary institution is a plus
  • Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
