We collaborate with businesses and institutions to design events that bridge cultures and connect communities.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing & Business Partnership Manager who can help us expand our presence in the local English-speaking market and develop partnerships with corporate and institutional clients such as banks, real estate companies, chambers of commerce, and cultural organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop B2B collaboration and sponsorship opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships for cultural events, galas, and brand collaborations
  • Support marketing strategy and English-language communications (press, proposals, campaigns)
  • Work with the creative and event teams to tailor partnership proposals for clients
  • Represent the brand at local business, community, and networking events

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or cultural familiarity is a plus
  • Experience or network in marketing, partnerships, sponsorship, or community relations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for Chinese culture, arts, and cross-cultural storytelling
  • Appreciation for traditional arts such as tea, calligraphy, painting, guqin, or Go is a bonus
  • Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable engaging with corporate clients
