Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage daily posting schedules across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create compelling graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and increase organic reach
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate best practices into campaigns
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze campaign performance
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publishing
  • Analyze website traffic and social media metrics using Google Analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and content optimization
  • Skilled in graphic design with experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer
  • Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns or other paid social media promotions
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to inform strategy decisions
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
