Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced bar environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. This position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while working in a fun and lively atmosphere.

Duties

  • Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages to guests as needed.
  • Help with inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and notifying management when supplies are low.
  • Support bartenders during peak hours by efficiently handling customer requests.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment and enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
