Safeway Canmore is seeking motivated individuals to join our grocery team on a part time basis, overnight shelf stocking
- helping replenish shelves, unpack new deliveries, merchandise promotions and provide outstanding customer service to the community. This individuals work will directly impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand perception and will be expected to follow Company policies, training, safe operating procedures in the day to day discharge of their duties. This includes maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards, monitoring temperatures of refrigerated and frozen units, operating and be trained on powered material handling equipment i.e. compactor, baler, forklift, stacker, power pallet truck; to unload merchandise for sales floor distribution and relieve at front check stand area during busy customer periods. The successful candidate will find this is a team environment while at times needing to be able to work individually to accomplish a list of tasks from the lead hand or manager in charge. Successful candidates must also exemplify Company values - be customer driven, people-powered, community-engaged and results oriented. Training will be provided fair rotation of evenings, weekends, statutory holidays are expected. Interested individuals please apply within the store or via email
