Job Overview

Rocky Motors in Windsor, ON is hiring an Automotive Sales Trainee. Start on the phones—booking appointments and gathering quick credit apps—then move onto the sales floor once you're fully trained. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, confident, and hungry to grow in the auto industry.

Duties:

  • Call, text, and email fresh leads to book showroom or phone appointments.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to track every lead, update the CRM, and follow up fast.
  • Collect 5-minute credit applications so our Finance team can get pre-approvals started.
  • Send reminders and confirmations to keep the calendar full.
  • Shadow veteran sales consultants and learn the full sales process—from greeting to vehicle delivery.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Confident phone voice and strong, friendly personality.
  • Motivation to hit daily call and appointment goals.
  • Organized: good at note-taking and timely follow-ups.
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes.
  • Previous BDC, call-center, or retail sales experience is an asset but not required.
  • Outgoing person who enjoys talking to customers & fresh leads

Compensation & Growth:

  • $17.60 per hour
  • Clear path: Phones → Sales Floor → Senior Sales Consultant.

Certifications:

  • OMVIC Certification (Not Required but will be needed to be promoted to car sales)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
