Development and UAT Specialist

Join Citi's Market Risk Technology team, a pivotal force behind the ACE Full Reval platform. This cutting-edge platform is instrumental in powering critical risk calculations for essential regulatory submissions, including CCAR and Stress Testing. Our diverse team comprises talented developers, UAT specialists, impact assessment testers, and platform leads, all collaborating globally to engineer high-performing, resilient technology solutions.
This role is a cornerstone of our leadership function, requiring significant interaction with global development teams, infrastructure, production support, compliance, and internal clients. You will directly contribute to Citi's unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance and operational stability, playing a key part in our strategy to deliver scalable regulatory risk engines.
Key Responsibilities
As a UAT Specialist with a strong development focus, you will:
- Platform Development & UAT: Actively participate in both development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the ACE Full Reval platform.
- UAT Leadership & Coordination: Lead UAT testing initiatives, ensuring seamless user coordination across various test phases and global geographies.
- Modernization & Automation: Champion and drive opportunities for platform modernization and automation, acting as a key client to reduce manual effort and enhance overall platform efficiency.
- Audit & Compliance Support: Provide essential support for internal and external audit requests, meticulously maintaining accurate documentation and process traceability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with global development teams, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders to uphold platform stability and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to significant platform-level improvements through structured monitoring, comprehensive reporting, and continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Regulatory Alignment: Ensure the platform consistently adheres to stringent regulatory requirements and actively contributes to Citi's operational resilience goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Software Development, 6 months to 1 year of UAT coordination. 3 years minimum experience in Python and 1 year minimum experience in Unix.
