Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
to join their team as part of their continued growth.

Salary range:
OTE $80,000-$95,000 per year (Base salary and commission)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Respond to sales inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads, turning them into business opportunities.
  • Share relevant information about the organization's products, services, pricing, and availability with clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotes promptly.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers by understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization (such as sales, logistics, customer support, and operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Utilize CRM or similar systems to organize contacts, monitor sales activity, and report results.
  • Stay informed about company offerings, market developments, and competitors.
  • Participate in virtual meetings, presentations, and training sessions as needed.

The ideal candidate will/must have:

  • Fluently bilingual in both French and English
  • 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer service experience
  • Post-secondary education
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and working efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving goals and providing quality service.
