RONA Rénocentre Cormier est une entreprise 100 % locale, bien établie dans la région d'Edmundston. Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) gérant(e) pour assurer la gestion quotidienne du magasin et contribuer activement à son succès.

Le ou la gérant(e) jouera un rôle essentiel dans l'expérience client, le soutien aux employés et l'efficacité des opérations.

Responsabilités principales

  • Diriger, encadrer et mobiliser l'équipe afin d'offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
  • Superviser et optimiser les opérations quotidiennes du magasin.
  • Collaborer avec la direction pour analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et mettre en place des stratégies d'amélioration.
  • Superviser la réception des marchandises, la gestion des stocks et la mise en marché des produits.
  • Résoudre efficacement les enjeux opérationnels et soutenir les équipes dans leurs tâches.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail positif, professionnel et sécuritaire.

Qualifications recherchées

  • Expérience pertinente en gestion au sein d'un commerce de détail (idéalement dans la rénovation ou la quincaillerie).
  • Leadership mobilisateur et aptitude démontrée en gestion d'équipe.
  • Excellentes habiletés en service à la clientèle et en communication.
  • Bonne capacité d'analyse, de prise de décision et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et rigueur.
  • Confort avec les outils de gestion informatisés (point de vente, inventaire, etc.).
  • Disponibilité à travailler selon un horaire variable (jour, soir, fin de semaine).
