Compensation
: $19.65 – $23.00 per hour, plus performance bonus.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Welcome Porsche clients with warmth, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on their needs.
• Clearly explain service options, warranties, and next steps with accuracy and confidence.
• Prepare precise cost estimates for labour, parts, and materials.
• Create detailed repair orders that balance client feedback with technician expertise.
• Maintain open, proactive communication with clients throughout their service journey.
• Uphold Porsche service standards in every interaction, ensuring excellence is never compromised.
• Identify opportunities to elevate the client experience beyond expectations.

What You Bring To The Team

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a premium or detail-focused environment.
• Previous automotive service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, composed, and collaborative presence.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
