Compensation
: $19.65 – $23.00 per hour, plus performance bonus.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Welcome Porsche clients with warmth, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on their needs.
- Clearly explain service options, warranties, and next steps with accuracy and confidence.
- Prepare precise cost estimates for labour, parts, and materials.
- Create detailed repair orders that balance client feedback with technician expertise.
- Maintain open, proactive communication with clients throughout their service journey.
- Uphold Porsche service standards in every interaction, ensuring excellence is never compromised.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the client experience beyond expectations.
What You Bring To The Team
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a premium or detail-focused environment.
- Previous automotive service experience is an asset, but not required.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, composed, and collaborative presence.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
