Are you a strategic recruitment leader with a passion for building high-performing executive teams? What You'll Do

Strategic Executive Engagement

Executive Search Partnerships

  • Manage relationships with retained search firms, ensuring alignment with Aviva's governance, quality, and DEI standards.

  • Negotiate contracts and monitor performance for seamless collaboration.

Data-Driven Performance

  • Monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, diversity representation, candidate satisfaction).

  • Use analytics to optimize recruitment processes and report outcomes to leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience, reputation and passion for executive-level recruitment, ideally within financial services.

  • Enjoys working with and mentoring team members.

  • Strong business acumen and experience influencing stakeholders at the highest levels in corporate settings.

  • Expertise in inclusive hiring practices and workforce planning.

  • Familiarity with Workday and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Insights.

  • Bilingual (English/French) capabilities are an asset.
