Who We're Looking For

Marketbridge is seeking a Specialist, Marketing Technology to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of best-in-class demand marketing campaigns and programs leveraging marketing technology platforms and tools.

As a key member of our Marketing Technology & Operations group, this role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented technologist who enjoys connecting data between platforms, building automated campaigns and workflows, creating digital assets (e.g. emails, landing pages), and ensuring campaigns and automations run seamlessly. You'll work alongside senior architects, developers, and marketing operations leaders to bring marketing strategies to life through well-built, scalable technology solutions.

As part of the Marketing Technology & Operations practice, you'll contribute to platform setup and integrations across CRM, Marketing Automation, ABM, and analytics environments. You'll help ensure that marketing systems are configured correctly, data moves accurately, and teams have the right tools and automation to execute campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).

  • Set up campaigns, lead scoring, workflows, and automation rules that enable efficient demand generation and ABM programs.

  • Leverage available templates to create campaign assets such as emails, landing pages and forms

  • Configure, test and troubleshoot integrations and data syncs between marketing platforms and tools.

  • Execute on database management tasks such as building lists and segments, creating and extracting reports, and cleansing and enriching records

  • Maintain system fields, templates, naming conventions, and folder structures to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Document configuration steps, logic, and integrations to support transparency and reusability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate functionality of various marketing technology platforms and tools to support in the solution design of technology implementations.

  • Stay current on new marketing technology capabilities and best practices, bringing forward ideas to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, or marketing operations within a B2B or agency environment.

  • Hands-on experience implementing campaigns, creating automations, configuring integrations, and troubleshooting programs and data flows within marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Adobe Marketo Engage, Pardot, Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Certifications in leading B2B marketing automation platforms (i.e. HubSpot, Adobe Marketo Engage, Pardot, Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus

  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce or HubSpot CRM) and their integration with MAPs.

  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows between marketing platforms.

  • Experience troubleshooting campaign and data tracking and sync issues.

  • Code development in such languages as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Python or AMPScript is a plus.

  • Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.

  • Curiosity and a growth mindset—eager to learn new platforms, explore technical problem-solving, and stay current on evolving MarTech tools.

We aim to offer competitive and fair compensation based on experience, location, and market benchmarks. The salary range for this role is $65,000 – $80,000 CAD.
