Full-Time

Murray Honda Chilliwack is growing, and we're looking for a driven, sharp, and automotive-savvy professional to help take our Used Car Department to the next level in 2026. This role is all about finding, evaluating, and securing the right pre-owned inventory—both retail and wholesale—to keep our lot stocked with profitable, high-quality vehicles that our customers love.

What You'll Do

  • Source and acquire used vehicles through multiple channels: auctions, private sellers, dealer networks, and online platforms.
  • Analyze market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor inventory to make smart buying decisions.
  • Evaluate vehicle condition, history reports, reconditioning estimates, and profitability potential before purchase.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and other dealerships.
  • Work closely with the Used Car Manager to meet monthly targets.
  • Support overall department growth by identifying new sourcing opportunities and improving acquisition processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of the used vehicle market (experience in automotive retail, wholesale, or auction buying preferred, but not necessary).
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • A natural ability to analyze numbers, margins, and market data.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel to auctions or off-site purchase locations as required.
