If this sounds like you, join us and be part of a dynamic, fun, and friendly team We are seeking Servers to join or Food and Beverage Team. This position reports to the Food and Beverage Manager. A wonderful perk in serving a membership is the opportunity to provide personalized service and build great relationships. With over 5 outlets in our F&B department there are opportunities for skill development and education. Previous hospitality experience is an asset.Duties and Responsibilities:Taking and relaying food and beverage orders.Accurately entering orders in the POS system.Communicating with kitchen.Serving food and beverage to members and guests.Checking on guest satisfaction.Handling complaints and concerns of members and guests.Providing food and beverage product knowledge.Using proper serving techniques.Practicing responsible alcohol service.Monitoring patrons for intoxication and arranging taxi service when appropriate.Qualifications and Skills RequirementsService orientation - comfortable helping customers with high expectations.Good communication skills - confident speaking with members, guests and colleagues.Problem solver - ability to understand and resolve issues.Ability to provide great customer service in a fast-paced environment.Flexible schedule, with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.Ability to take direction and work unsupervised.Serving it right certificate.Age 19+ for serving alcohol. Transportation to our location is difficult. Employees need ample time if relying on public transit, or their own vehicles.
