- Review contractor early warnings, change notices, and variation proposals, providing objective time-impact assessments and recommendations
- Develop and run time impact analyses (TIA), windows analysis, and other recognized delay-analysis methodologies to support fair and evidence-based determinations for commercial settlements and value stacks
- Prepare clear, structured technical reports, timelines, and exhibits that explain the scheduling logic, critical path movements, and delay attribution in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with Project delivery teams, commercial managers, and legal/claims professionals to align schedule findings with commercial and contractual positions

- Support the negotiation of change orders and settlements by quantifying time impacts and advising on defensible positions
- Maintain robust audit trails and evidence (schedules, correspondence, progress records) to support potential dispute resolution, adjudication, or arbitration proceedings.
