We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Lightspeed Golf team. You'll play a key role behind the scenes, supporting our Account Managers and Implementation teams by making sure deals, hardware, payments, and internal workflows move smoothly from start to finish.

This is a highly operational, execution-focused role. If you enjoy keeping things organized, solving day-to-day operational problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week) in Montreal or Toronto preferred. Open to remote anywhere in Canada for the right profile.

Schedule: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST

What you'll be doing

Deal & workflow coordination

  • Monitor closed deals in HubSpot and ensure clean handoff to Implementation
  • Track deal progress so nothing gets stuck between close and activation
  • Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, downgrades, and churn-related changes

Hardware & logistics

  • Manage hardware orders, shipments, exchanges, and RMAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve fulfillment issues

Payments & billing support

  • Troubleshoot payment-related issues via Zendesk and internal tools
  • Support merchant requests and billing-related follow-ups
  • Help prevent billing errors through careful review and follow-through

Customer experience & NPS

  • Own NPS tracking using Qualtrics
  • Organize customer feedback and assign follow-ups to Account Managers

Tools & systems

  • Work daily in HubSpot, ClickUp, Qualtrics, and Looker
  • Maintain accurate data and dashboards for operational visibility
What you need to bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is highly detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Enjoys reactive, execution-focused work
  • Can manage multiple workflows at once without losing accuracy
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in writing
  • Takes pride in keeping systems clean and organized

As a global company with employees and customers outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required.

Bonus points if you have
  • Experience in SaaS, POS, fintech, retail, or hospitality tech
  • Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, ClickUp, or similar tools
  • Exposure to payments, billing, or merchant services
  • Knowledge of the golf or hospitality industry
  • French language skills
We know that people are more than what's on their CV

If this role sounds like the right next step for you, hit Apply and let's talk.

Be a changemaker

You'll enjoy:

  • A flexible, remote-friendly work environment
  • A culture that values operational excellence and ownership
  • The chance to make a real impact on a growing product used by golf courses around the world
  • Career growth opportunities within Customer Success, Enablement, or RevOps

Plus benefits designed to keep you happy, healthy, and fulfilled:

  • Flexible paid time off and remote work policies
  • Equity options — because this is your company too
  • Pension plan contributions
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Health & wellness credit
  • Volunteer time off
  • Employee-led networks, social committees, and sports teams
  • Computer purchase program
  • Enhanced parental leave
