Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Bakery Team Member. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in baking, cake decoration, and piping techniques, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality baked goods. This role involves preparing and decorating cakes & pastries, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with production tasks. Pie-making experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of fresh baked goods with a focus on cakes, cupcakes, and specialty desserts
  • Decorate cakes and pastries using piping and other techniques to meet quality and design standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Keep all baking equipment clean and properly maintained
  • Assist in inventory checks and ingredient stocking as needed
  • Package and label products for all the orders
  • Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency

Requirements

  • Must have more than 1+ year of experience in baking and cake decorating
  • Proficiency in piping and other decoration techniques is essential
  • Detail-oriented with strong artistic sense and creativity
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Pie-making experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and a good communicator

Pay and Schedule

  • 5 day working schedule
  • Availability on any one weekends is must
  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wage is $17.60 to $18.00 plus tips
