The Role
As the
Senior Legal Recruiter
, you will play a pivotal role in centralizing and strengthening our recruiting function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an asynchronous, fast-paced work environment and can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment process, from direct sourcing to managing candidate communication and diligence, using digital collaboration tools to create an efficient, professional, and well-organized system.

Success in this role requires the ability to work independently across time zones, manage sensitive personalities with maturity, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without letting details slip. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay optimistic under pressure, and bring structure to complex processes will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full recruiting process from sourcing to the offer stage, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates (Counsel, Associates, and Paralegals).
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to law partners, offering clear guidance on candidate fit, process steps, and market expectations.
  • Build strong first impressions on every call, representing the organization with warmth, clarity, and a naturally engaging communication style.
  • Conduct structured, insightful screening conversations that evaluate both experience and personality alignment.
  • Manage candidate pipelines using digital tools, keeping timelines transparent and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Continuously refine recruitment workflows and documentation to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism when receiving direct or critical feedback, communicating with calm, elegance, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Navigate sensitive and demanding personalities with tact while managing expectations and maintaining positive relationships.
