This role combines creativity with strategy, requiring a strong eye for design, storytelling skills, and the ability to simplify intricate ideas. You will produce prototypes, experiential assets, and polished presentations that help clients understand and maximize the value of products and services. The position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts client relationships, executive communications, and business growth. You will leverage advanced tools and creative systems to deliver high-quality materials at scale while continuously improving design workflows.
Accountabilities:· Partner with product and enterprise teams to refine narratives, presentations, and visual storytelling that clearly communicate client and business goals.
· Adapt and fine-tune existing presentation materials to meet partner and retailer needs, ensuring consistency with brand standards and attention to detail.
· Transform complex business and product ideas into clear, visually impactful stories suitable for executive and client audiences.
· Produce prototypes, experiential assets, and visual materials to strengthen product messaging and engagement.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft product-centric narratives that highlight unique value propositions.
· Maintain quality across all deliverables, ensuring polished visuals and consistent storytelling.
· Optimize production workflows using templates, reusable systems, and AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements· years designing digital or marketing products across web and mobile platforms.
· Strong storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end pitch work, visual storytelling, prototypes, and presentation systems.
· Advanced proficiency in Figma, presentation tools, and prototyping, with motion design capabilities.
· Experience in agency or client-facing roles, including pitching to enterprise or external clients.
· Ability to concept and iterate quickly under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
· Strong organization skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, high craftsmanship, and quality; portfolio link required for consideration.
· Preferred: Experience building scalable content systems, sales enablement libraries, motion/video design, and data storytelling.
Benefits· Competitive base salary: CAD $140,000–$155,000.
