Back In Motion Plus is a Sports Rehabilitation and Health Centre in Orleans offering physiotherapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture and other health-related services. We believe in individual patient-centered care and high practice standards for best patient outcome. We are looking for a physiotherapist-rehabilitation assistant to join our team.
In this role you will:
- Assist the supervising physiotherapist/chiropractor in performing various components of the treatment plans for patients;
- Perform various treatments as prescribed and directed by the supervising physiotherapist/chiropractor including but not limited to exercises, range of motion, application of modalities. (i.e. heat, ice, ultrasound, TENS);
- Set up and prepare equipment and clean up after patients' treatments;
- Ensure that the room equipment and treatment areas are safe and tidy;
- Maintain regular ongoing communication with the physiotherapist regarding any changes or concerns about a patient's status or treatment interventions;
- Record daily treatments using the clinics web-based system.
Qualifications (preferred but not required):
- Student in Kinesiology or Health Sciences interested in physio or chiro
- PTA/OTA diploma or degree in Kinesiology
- Previous experience within a clinic setting
Bilingual preferred

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
