We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement. Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve visibility and organic reach
  • Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules
  • Monitor analytics with Google Analytics and platform insights to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing goals
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
  • Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively
  • Proofread all content before publishing to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media or digital marketing environment
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application)
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all content creation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences
