Overview

You will lead the execution of thoughtful, high-impact campaigns that expand our reach and drive home Rescom's value proposition in the market. You will bring together creative storytelling and performance strategies to test new channels, improve conversion across the funnel, and leverage symmetry between our two primary divisions. Beyond the metrics, you'll champion a people-first, mission-aligned approach to Rescom's growth — ensuring every initiative reflects our values while driving real, measurable impact.

Marketing

  • Full cycle management of our marketing campaigns (web, social media, email, in-person, influencers, etc.) - from contributing to the initial idea to owning the implementation and reporting at completion
  • Execute the marketing strategy to support Rescom's growth and expansion in current and new market segments and regions
  • Utilize data and analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategies
  • Conduct research in new markets to ensure our marketing strategies are well-informed and relevant to these markets
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain a consistent brand voice and message, reinforcing Rescom's defining mission and values across all touchpoints
  • Ensure all marketing tactics and activities align with Rescom's brand standards
  • Document all marketing initiatives, and track costs in relation to marketing initiative. Supply monthly reports and financial analysis regarding marketing business conditions and strategy effectiveness
  • Assist with coordination of special events: trade shows, open houses, and industry speaking engagements
  • Assist in procuring the needed services for marketing, printing, mailing and other related services
  • Work with accounting to ensure marketing expenditures are in line with divisional budgets

Proposal Lead

  • Research, write, and edit persuasive proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, capability statements, and other client-facing materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical information, project data, and company qualifications
  • Develop proposal content that aligns with company branding, tone, and messaging standards
  • Design and format proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral using basic graphic design tools
  • Create simple infographics, charts, and layouts to enhance clarity and visual appeal
  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards

Social Media & Websites

  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
  • Monitor social media trends and produce content in alignment with these trends
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Create a social media calendar
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Coordinate project photos and their inclusion on social media and websites

Skillset:

Our ideal candidate brings the following to the table:

  • 8+ years in marketing with 3+ years in a leadership position
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
  • A data-driven but creative storyteller who is comfortable working with numbers, analyzing quality metrics, and developing marketing copy
  • Experience with overseeing marketing budgets on platforms like Meta, Google and other paid advertising mediums
  • Strong business strategy, project management, people management and leadership skills
  • Comfort working in a sometimes ambiguous but fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Passion for a variety of digital media and proficiency with major social media platforms
  • Demonstrated success with website creation and optimization
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Proven experience and understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (or similar design tools) as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Digitally savvy with experience using marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Canva or similar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
