Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter who will share our commitment to excellence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality finishes and a strong eye for detail. As a painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.

Duties

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or priming as necessary
  • Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
  • Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Foster a pleasant and positive work environment

Experience

  • 1-2 years of painting experience with a teachable spirit
  • Some knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
