Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area for a Retail Designer. The Retail Designer will be responsible for designing tailored cabinetry solutions that meet client needs, conducting consultations with clients to understand design preferences, and producing technical drawings and renderings. Additional duties include managing project timelines, collaborating with the design and manufacturing teams, and ensuring the highest quality of customer service throughout the design process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs
  • Ability to create technical drawings, 3D renderings, and design layouts
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Understanding of materials, finishes, and cabinetry construction
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the cabinetry, interior design, or related industry is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
