Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Glenn Foote Auto Repair. Located in a bustling automotive environment, this role is crucial for maintaining efficient front desk operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Check customers in, tag keys, and verify work to be completed.
- Manage phone calls and provide information regarding services offered, accurately record information provided by customers.
- Inform customers of the estimated costs and document authorization of work to be completed.
- Calling customers to let them know their vehicle is ready for pickup and informing them of all work completed and advisories from Technicians.
- Take payments, print paid invoices, and giving customer their keys.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk/waiting area to enhance workflow and customer experience.
- Filing customer invoices/estimates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable
- Must have clear English oral and written communication skills
