PERFORMANCE CONSULTANT – Automotive AI | Summit Dealer Services

Location: Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, PEI (Hybrid / Remote)

Compensation: 100% Commission – Earn up to $450,000+ annually (Recurring Revenue Model)

We're expanding across Eastern Canada and seeking entrepreneurial Performance Consultants ready to transform dealership performance.

Your Mission

As a Summit Performance Consultant, you will:

  • Introduce Summit's AI platform to dealership partners and improve their sales & F&I results.
  • Coach and support dealer teams to leverage AI insights for measurable gains.
  • Build lasting relationships with dealer principals, GMs, and management teams.
  • Earn recurring commissions as your dealer network grows and performs.
