As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for sales growth and expanding our customer base. Leveraging your experience and expertise, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring team members and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role will also require you to operate across multiple sites, ensuring seamless sales support and customer engagement across various locations.
  • Strategic Sales Generation: Develop and implement sales generation strategies, optimizing processes to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Sales Presentation Mastery: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations, focusing on product benefits and suitability. 
  • Present proposals to customers: Achieve sales targets utilizing sales techniques, policies and philosophies of the company, and service center capabilities
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discussions with prospective customers to assess their needs and evaluate potential for sales conversion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up. 
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance and support to team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team success. 
  • Professional Development: Actively engage in professional development activities to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.
