A leading global healthcare company is seeking a
Salesforce Solution Architect
to join its
Patient Services
team. The organization is dedicated to delivering next-generation healthcare through responsible use of AI, data insights, and advanced digital technologies. This role offers the chance to architect impactful solutions that enhance patient experience, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including architecture patterns and integration strategies.
  • Architect and define end-to-end Patient Support Programs (PSPs)—covering patient journeys, case management, and engagement workflows.
  • Align all solution designs with enterprise architecture strategy and governance standards.
  • Translate business and technical needs into architectural blueprints and specifications.
  • Integrate partner services (e.g., Benefits Verification, Co-Pay, Dispense) into the overall program ecosystem.
  • Provide technical direction and oversight on Health Cloud implementations and integrations using Snowflake, Informatica, AWS S3, and Python.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with enterprise architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.
  • Conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate solutions and present outcomes to business and technical leaders.
  • Streamline and modernize existing architectures to improve system performance and reduce costs.
  • Maintain architecture artifacts, diagrams (C4 models), and documentation in line with organizational standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with PHI security, GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements.
  • Stay current with Salesforce and healthcare technology trends, evaluating new tools and capabilities for business relevance.

Key Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Application and System Architect (preferred).
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio solutions.
  • Expertise with FHIR integrations, consent management, and healthcare data privacy/security.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms, ETL pipelines, and API strategy execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and hands-on architecture delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with life sciences/pharma data architecture.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM/Events, Service Cloud Voice, Advanced Therapy Management.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Informatica iPaaS.
  • Experience creating C4 architecture models and using Power BI/Tableau for analytics.
  • Understanding of AI/ML capabilities and DevOps tools such as AutoRabbit, GitHub, and Terraform.
