About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to provide technical leadership, governance, and solution design for the Salesforce program with one of our premier Clients. The Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, program leadership, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and best-practice-aligned solutions that drive program success.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Technical Leadership & Governance


• Define and own the overall Salesforce technical architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other integrated platforms.


• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, Client's business objectives, and industry standards.


• Provide technical governance, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance of solutions.


• Serve as the escalation point for technical decisions and complex solution challenges.

Solution & Design Oversight


• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and detailed architecture designs.


• Conduct design reviews and validate solutions delivered by development teams.


• Provide oversight on integration architecture, data migration strategies, and security models.


• Ensure appropriate use of configuration vs. customization within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Stakeholder Collaboration


• Partner with business analysts, product owners, and Client stakeholders to refine solution requirements.


• Collaborate with integration teams, data owners, and 3rd-party vendors to ensure seamless connectivity.


• Present architecture decisions and trade-offs to executive stakeholders in a clear, business-aligned manner.

Delivery Support & Risk Mitigation


• Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers, integration specialists, and QA teams.


• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the program lifecycle.


• Support code reviews, performance tuning, and release management practices.


• Contribute to the governance of environments, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 8+ years in Salesforce solutioning and architecture.
  • Proven expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; CPQ and Commerce cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, middleware).
  • Experience with data migration, security models, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and other declarative/programmable Salesforce components.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing within Salesforce environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Salesforce certifications preferred:

  1. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly desirable.
  2. System Architect / Application Architect.
  3. Integration Architecture Designer, Data Architecture & Management Designer.
