Role Description

This position is a full-time, on-site role located in Mississauga, ON, for an Electrical Engineering Manager. You will
provide both technical direction and departmental leadership—ensuring project excellence, compliance, and innovation across every initiative. Qualifications

  • Experience in the aerospace industry is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
  • Strong understanding of Electricity and Power Systems
  • Hands-on involvement in aircraft modification, avionics integration, or certification programs.
  • Experience working with Transport Canada or FAA certification standards.
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Previous contributions to the development of engineering training, design guides, or process documentation.
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, CATIA, or other electrical design and modelling software.
