What you can expect to do here:
- Perform hydraulic modelling and analysis of water distribution networks, wastewater systems, and combined systems.
- Support the design and evaluation of lift stations and related infrastructure.
- Develop, calibrate, and maintain models using industry-standard software.
- Prepare clear technical reports, drawings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and GIS specialists to support project delivery.
What you'll bring to WSP:
- 5+ years of professional experience in hydraulic modelling and analysis.
- Current EIT with a Canadian Professional Engineering Association.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with:
- WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS
- PCSWMM
- ArcGIS Pro
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, hydrology, and system planning/design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Preferred Assets:
- Experience with model calibration and scenario analysis.
- Familiarity with municipal infrastructure standards and regulatory requirements.
