Trading Coordinator

The Trading Coordinator plays a pivotal support role within the trading department, reporting directly to the Trading Manager. This position is responsible for facilitating cross-team collaboration and ensuring smooth coordination of trading activities across product lines and regions. The Trading Coordinator works closely with Product Traders to streamline communication, assist in scheduling, and support the execution of trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Trader, Sales, and Operations Staff: Work closely with our trader, sales team, and operational staff to ensure the smooth execution of sales contracts. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in maintaining cohesion across all teams.
- Logistics Solutions Setup: Assist traders in setting up logistics solutions and related projects before sales, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place for efficient delivery.
- Purchase Order Follow-Up: Support traders in following up with suppliers on purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any potential issues that may arise.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Collaborate with traders and sales teams to address any issues raised by customers promptly. Your proactive approach will contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ability Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for effective coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales process.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in coordinating logistics, purchase orders, and resolving customer issues.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset is crucial for success in this role, as you'll be working closely with various teams to achieve common goals.
- Education Background: Diploma/bachelor's degree in supply chain management/ international Trading/ Business Administration;
