Job Summary
The Fleet & Logistics Manager will oversee Innotech Window Services' fleet operations and logistics activities while actively sourcing and maintaining relationships with service providers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage company vehicles, drivers, and delivery operations while expanding logistics partnerships to improve efficiency and capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily fleet and delivery operations, including vehicle assignment, driver scheduling, maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with service brokers, logistics partners, suppliers, and vendors to increase capacity and improve efficiency.
Identify and onboard new transportation and delivery service providers to expand company capabilities and support business growth.
Monitor fleet and logistics performance, fuel usage, and operational costs, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency.
Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate the fleet and logistics team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on fleet utilization, delivery performance, supplier relationships, and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal transportation and logistics regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing fleet or logistics operations, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Experience with fleet management or logistics software.
Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Fleet Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
