Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Team Leader to supervise agency associates working in a warehouse environment. You will be responsible for managing the team, coordinating with the client, and ensuring smooth operations on the warehouse floor during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage agency associates assigned to the client.
  • Track attendance, manage schedules, and ensure associates are meeting shift requirements.
  • Monitor associate productivity and KPIs, addressing any performance issues.
  • Assign tasks and oversee completion of all warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and general warehouse operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between client representatives and agency associates.
  • Ensure compliance with all client's safety and operational standards.
  • Work alongside the team on the warehouse floor as needed to maintain workflow.
  • Handle and resolve any operational or personnel issues during the shift.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with both agency management and client.

Qualifications:

  • Prior warehouse team leader or supervisory experience required, ideally in a large retail warehouse setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full shift and be physically active on the warehouse floor.
  • Proactive problem solver and team motivator.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and standards.

Experience:

  • Team lead/Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
