Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Penticton, BC. The Physiotherapist will assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance physical performance. Responsibilities include creating personalized treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, and educating patients on injury prevention and health management techniques. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is also expected to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise prescription
• Strong patient assessment, clinical reasoning, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues
• Ability to create tailored treatment plans and effectively monitor progress
• Experience with or willingness to learn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) is an asset
• Relevant licensing and registration to practice as a Physiotherapist in British Columbia (required)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
• Commitment to professional growth and staying updated on advancements in physiotherapy practices
