Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on technical products and services
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Organize and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed
- Utilize effective time management to ensure efficient store operations
- Uphold excellent communication skills and phone etiquette during customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills to maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30,500.00-$31,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
Work Location: In person
