Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance on technical products and services
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Organize and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed
  • Utilize effective time management to ensure efficient store operations
  • Uphold excellent communication skills and phone etiquette during customer interactions

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
  • Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages
  • Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,500.00-$31,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
