Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell New Volvo/Mack Heavy Trucks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate truck models and configurations
  • Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals for New and pre-owned trucks.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
  • Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the heavy-duty truck or automotive industry would be an asset.
  • Proven success in sales with a strong passion for the field
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, with a commitment to meeting client deadlines
  • Ability to do sales presentations and conduct follow-up meetings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn detailed product knowledge
