Your role, your impact

Are you a Solutions Architecture Advisor-Integrator looking for a place where your expertise drives real impact, where complexity sparks creativity, and where your ideas help shape meaningful solutions? Join a team of experts dedicated to supporting our clients in delivering large-scale projects, such as DevOps architecture support, cloud platform migrations, new system implementations, and the deployment of various solutions (CRM, CMS, ERP, software packages, etc.).

We're seeking talented individuals to strengthen our expertise and enrich our technology communities, which are dedicated to supporting our clients across various business sectors, such as insurance, financial services, telecommunications, and more, in bringing their projects to life.

This strategic role will have you interacting with stakeholders at all levels, in a dynamic and stimulating environment. Throughout your journey, you'll be supported by a community of solution architecture advisors united by collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Your day-to-day

• Collaborate with business and enterprise architecture advisors to fully understand the technological vision of solutions;
• Plan and ensure that roadmaps are coherent;
• Understand all solutions under your responsibility, their interactions, dependencies and likely impacts;
• Ensure the interoperability of solutions;
• Understand all assigned solutions, their interactions, dependencies, and potential impacts;
• Identify the impacts and risks of each solution and make recommendations on how to develop the solution;
• Provide technical leadership and share your expertise and knowledge with team members;
• Participate in pre-sales meetings to help sales teams draft technical responses to RFPs.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor's degree in computer science;
• AWS or Azure certification (Solutions Architect);
• Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including 5 years as a solutions architecture advisor;
• Experience in large-scale projects, including system migration or implementation of solutions such as CRM, ECM, CMS, ERP or other software packages;
• Experience in the following technologies:
• Architecture modelling: C4 or ArchiMate;
• Programming languages: Java or .NET;
• Event management tools: Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ.
• Ability to simultaneously manage complex, multi-faceted projects (business, development, infrastructure, security);
• Strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Extra edge

• Certifications in Power Platform, automation, Kubernetes, etc.;
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and cybersecurity.

Language skills

• French: Proficient
• English: Proficient

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
