SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Location: Fort St. John/Dawson Creek, British Columbia

Position Status: Permanent Full Time

Position Summary: Reporting directly to the General Manager of Prince George Office Systems (POD), the Service Technician is primarily responsible for service and maintenance of all Ricoh equipment, as well as hardware and software installations for Prince George Office Systems and its clients located in the Fort St. John and Dawson Creek Areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be customer service oriented

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Must be very organized

· Must be punctual and present oneself in a professional, presentable manner at all times

· The ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions

· Cross-cultural awareness

· Ability to work cooperatively as a team member

· Willing to be trained and learn independently, keeping up to date with the latest technology

· Excellent interpersonal skills, basic mathematical skills, and word processing skills

· High School Graduate or equivalent

· Must have a valid Class 5 Divers License

· Must be willing to travel

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Technical aptitude is considered an asset to any candidate
