Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education with 2-5 years of experience and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in English are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
  • Provide individualized support to children, including those with special needs or disabilities.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
  • Maintain an organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
  • Utilize computer skills for administrative tasks such as lesson planning, record keeping, and communication.

Requirements

  • Early Childhood Education
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Leadership qualities to guide and inspire young learners.
  • Proficient computer operation skills for classroom management and administrative duties.
