As an Early Childhood Educator you are responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate program for children in accordance with all relevant legislation, centre policies, and procedures. The educator implements an emergent, play-based curriculum that is guided by the Nova Scotia Early Learning Curriculum Framework and grounded in observation and reflection. The educator works as part of a collaborative team to support the development and well-being of all children in care.

Successful candidate must have a level 1,2, or 3 Nova Scotia Early Childhood Classification , criminal record check, vulnerable sector check, child abuse registry check, and Emergency First Aid & CPR-C.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.06-$30.24 per hour
