Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Truck Driver to join our transportation team. This is a local, daytime position focused on food distribution deliveries to restaurants within the Québec, Saguenay, and Bas-Saint-Laurent regions. Drivers are home every day, with the possibility to park the truck at home or receive company-paid parking.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class 1 commercial vehicle
Perform local and regional deliveries with same-day return home
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Load and unload freight (manual handling required)
Secure cargo according to safety standards
Complete driver logs, delivery paperwork, and required documentation
Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies

Monday to Friday
40–50 hours per week
Home every day

Pay & Benefits
Hourly wage: $20–$30/hour, based on experience

Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience in local or regional delivery (food distribution an asset)
Ability to perform physical work including lifting and unloading
Strong understanding of commercial driving safety regulations

Good communication and time-management skills

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un chauffeur classe 1 fiable et expérimenté pour se joindre à notre équipe de transport. Il s'agit d'un poste local de jour, axé sur la distribution alimentaire auprès de restaurants dans les régions de Québec, Saguenay et Bas-Saint-Laurent. Les chauffeurs sont de retour à la maison chaque jour, avec la possibilité de stationner le camion à domicile ou de bénéficier d'un stationnement payé par l'entreprise.

Responsabilités
Conduire de façon sécuritaire un camion commercial classe 1
Effectuer des livraisons locales et régionales avec retour à domicile le jour même
Réaliser les inspections avant et après le trajet
Charger et décharger la marchandise (manutention manuelle requise)
S'assurer que la cargaison est bien arrimée selon les normes de sécurité
Compléter les journaux de bord, bons de livraison et documents requis
Communiquer efficacement avec la répartition, l'entrepôt et les clients
Respecter toutes les lois de circulation, règlements de sécurité et politiques de l'entreprise
Horaire et heures
Quart de jour
Du lundi au vendredi
40 à 50 heures par semaine
Retour à la maison chaque jour
Temps supplémentaire disponible
Salaire et avantages
Salaire horaire : 20 $ à 30 $ / heure, selon l'expérience

Exigences
Permis de conduire classe 1 valide avec un bon dossier de conduite
Expérience en livraison locale ou régionale (distribution alimentaire un atout)

Bonne connaissance des règlements de sécurité en transport
Fiabilité, ponctualité et souci de la sécurité
Bonnes habiletés en communication et en gestion du temps
