Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required for various tasks.
  • Assist in paving operations, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of paving techniques and materials is a plus.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
