Retail Sales Associate

Duties:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
  • Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
  • Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
  • Knowledgeable about the products being sold and able to provide accurate information to customers
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and keep track of inventory
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
