Reports to: Foreman

Job Overview: The Laborer will assist in the construction and maintenance of swimming pools and landscaping projects. This includes digging, grading, and preparing the site, installing and maintaining pools and landscaping features, and performing general labor tasks as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the excavation and grading of construction sites
- Helping to install pool and landscaping features, such as pavers, retaining walls, and water features
- Performing general labor tasks, including carrying materials, cleaning up job sites, and operating tools and equipment
- Completing tasks as directed by the Project Manager/Foreman
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in construction or landscaping preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience operating heavy equipment, such as a skid steer or mini-excavator, is a plus

This is a seasonal position with competitive pay.
