Reporting to the Field Operations Superintendent, the Senior Supervisor, Field Operations – Saskatchewan Gathering Systems (SGS) oversees the Saskatchewan Gathering Systems, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. This role maintains the safety of facilities through inspections and effective incident management, ensuring timely internal and regulatory reporting, and guaranteeing compliance with safety, environmental, operational, and integrity-related regulations.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time employee position is located in Lloydminster and requires the successful candidate to live in the area.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure appropriate operating procedures, training, and review of Pipeline ERP and Security Plans are implemented in compliance with regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Adapt departmental plans to address resource and operational challenges, encouraging continuous process improvement.
  • Be responsible for the SGS, border pipeline, LBX, and chemical programming budgets; including forecasting and conducting SGS property tax reviews.
  • Be accountable for all program/process delivery, setting standards and operating strategy within the SGS System.
  • Use SAP for tracking metrics, prioritizing maintenance, and managing product movement.
  • Oversee chemical programming under pipeline integrity and review Sask ERP and LBX.

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Minimum 12 years of oil and gas experience, minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role with SEFSAM.
  • High school diploma or GED (CAEC).
  • Familiarity with Alberta and Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety act and the implementation of and compliance to regulations, standards and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Connectivity, Open invoice, SAP, Intelex, SharePoint, SpotFire.

As this position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments

For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A driver's abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre-employment screening for the final candidate
