Work Schedule:
- 4x10 schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 3-day weekends every week
- Overtime may be required based on production needs

About the Role:
As a Machine Operator in our Manual Build Department, you'll operate CNC machines to cut lumber, joists, and beams used in home construction. You'll also perform hands-on work using tools and equipment to support daily production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC equipment: load job files, cut stock lengths, and manage conveyors
- Produce parts according to quality and production standards
- Read and interpret SEMA prints, blueprints, and shop drawings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Report equipment or production issues to your supervisor
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Experience or certification as a CNC Operator (millwork, cabinetry, or lumber experience preferred)
- Ability to learn new computer or tablet-based software
- Basic knowledge of residential construction (an asset)
- Skilled with hand and power tools (hammer, saws, drills, nail guns, etc.)
- Knowledge of both imperial and metric measurement systems
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Physically fit and safety conscious
