Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role located in Edmonton, AB. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery and equipment to complete demolition tasks. Responsibilities include performing quality control checks, maintaining the functionality of machinery, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. The role requires teamwork, efficient communication, and the use of hand tools to assist in various tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Machine Operation, with the ability to handle heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Knowledge of Quality Control processes and adherence to operational standards
  • Familiarity with operating and maintaining Machinery and Hand Tools
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Commitment to workplace safety and environmental guidelines
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditions
  • Previous experience in demolition or construction is an asset
  • Valid certifications or licenses for operating heavy machinery are preferred
