**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Manage classroom activities, ensuring that all children are actively participating.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Maintain organized records of each child's development and learning milestones.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Promote positive behavior and social skills among students.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial for supporting diverse learners.
- Time management skills to balance lesson planning, teaching, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to educate young children through creative and engaging methods.
- Understanding of the unique needs of children with disabilities or special requirements.
