Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily management of the Salesforce system, develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, conduct custom analyses, and support the implementation and integration of Salesforce within the organization. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, ensure data quality, and provide insights that drive data-driven decision-making processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

System Administration:

  • Perform day-to-day Salesforce system administration, including user management, permissions, profiles, role hierarchy, and security settings.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Build and maintain automations using Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure platform stability.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and data loader processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to data governance standards.
  • Monitor system usage and adoption, proactively identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and changes to support transparency and continuity.

System Implementation & Integration

  • Assist in implementing and integrating the Salesforce system within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and process requirements for new features or enhancements. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), developing test scripts and validating new features or enhancements.
  • Support evaluation and planning for continued Salesforce improvements, in alignment with organizational needs.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Ensure data quality and integrity in all reports, dashboards, and system processes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct regular data audits and validation checks.

Training, Documentation & Support

  • Create and document training modules for staff and key stakeholders on Salesforce system usage.
  • Provide end-user support and deliver ongoing training to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Maintain user guides, process documentation, and onboarding materials.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to enhance system functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved reporting practices.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support organizational decision-making.
  • Perform custom analysis and generate reports tailored to the needs of various departments.
  • Support data-driven decision-making processes by providing timely and relevant data insights.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce reports, dashboards (including Power BI), and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports and conducting data analyses.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementation and integration is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Location:

The position is primarily remote. Availability for occasional in-person meetings is an advantage, but not mandatory.
